We recently purchased a property in Anoka County (MN) and failed our 1st inspections. We addressed all the issues. Should we wait our scheduled appointment or call the city and have them inspect the property sooner?

Hello team,

We considering buying a 2nd townhome with the same association. We have no issues with the association. Should we go for it? This will be a rental property. The HOA is very reasonable.
