thank you yes it is the housing market is slightly going up I just finish purchasing a duplex this is my 4 property now and im am looking forward to buying a nother property by the end of this year maybe by October or November

Im a new investerI have a house with a fha loan I live in, and a duplex with a hard money lender, but I am interested in refinancing it to a fha, conventional or porfolio lender but have a lot of dept how can I refi my duplex without the dept affecting my chances to refi
