Hello Community!

My name is Angela Gailliard. I am new to Biggerpockets.com and new to investing. I currently reside in the Goose Creek SC which is about 10 miles outside of Charleston SC, voted #1 city in the nation.

As a former real estate agent, I've always had a strong desire to purchase real estate and can instinctively spot property that I recognize as good investments. I am here with the hopes of gaining knowledge to start investing immediately. I have done some research and tried to self educate myself so I am familiar with the basics and a few terms, but there's nothing like learning from those who've "been there and done that".

I'm interested in buying multi/single family homes, apartments, and flipping houses in the Lowcountry area. I'm excited and ready to build positive relationships with awesome like minded-people to change our futures in Real-Estate investing together. I welcome any Advice to help me on my journey.
