Hey everyone! I'm new to the BiggerPockets community. I'm in the D.C. Metro area. More specifically, Fredericksburg, VA. I currently have two rental properties and got my Real Estate license last summer. I'm ready for the next step. I REALLY want to flip properties, but am also looking into having more rentals. I'd love some help on how to meet private lenders in my area, and would love to meet anyone living around me.
