Thank you Blake Alexander. I will let you know if I need anything.
I am currently attending community college and taking the general classes. I currently feel like the only thing in going to get out of this is a 9 to 5 and a lot of debt. I don't want to drop out of school, but I am considering getting my realtor license. What do you guys think? Is that a dumb idea?
I currently have a absentee owners list and I decided to do a little bit of practice with comps, but I ran into a problem. The area where the home is located does not have any recently sold homes so how do I get the comps?

I want to build a absentee owners list, can anyone recommend a title company that I can work with? Preferably in the Downtown LA area or around there. Do they charge for that kind of information?

What books or articles would you recommend to gain more knowledge on how to be a good wholesaler?

Does anybody know any Real Estate Agents in the area that are investor friendly? I wouldn't mind working for free.
My first goal in REI is to buy and hold a duplex. I will rent one side and live on the other. Which career would you recommend?
By the way, thank you for taking the time to respond.
I want to get me hands on experience in Real Estate, which career would help me learn more? Are there any entry level positions?

I am having a dilemma. Should I dive in and start looking for a place to invest in our should I first speak with a financial advisor? I am currently attending college, but I have a bit of money saved up from working. I just recently read an article on FHA Loans. Would you recommend it? If not, what would you recommend?
