@Igor Messano the original plan was the lender will give 3 % for down payment as government assistance. Because this is part of first time home buyer program. But almost at the end of closing process they told me that my partner status in the US still pending asylum. So they cancel the fund. I thought they are not making a big deal because as long as we can pay they will ignore about the status. Thats why we need help now.

@John Thedford yes, I thought anybody can buy a house before without seeing their status as long as they can pay!

@Nick C. I’m ready. At first they said they approved 3% down payment since I’m first time home buyer but underwriting find out that my partner has pending asylum status so thats why they turned us down

A few months ago I was joining with Vestus to get foreclosure lead from the auctions but they said I must have $100K from my pocket. Is there any other way?
