Looking to flip my first Cleveland area SFH and need your help finding dependable contractors.

Please share your recommendations for electrical, painting, drywall/plaster repair, hardwood refinish, masonry (small front porch), and kitchen and baths remodel. TIA

@Elizabeth Zielinski

I am originally from Detroit and still have lots of family there. Detroiters are all about relationships and understanding the motives of an outsider. Without a relationship, you will be treated as a gullible and will be taken for every penny you have. However, if you present yourself as wanting to help make a difference in the community while you are building a successful business, the folks will embrace you as a local. So, before going in, review your business mantra and if it doesn't include community commitment, you may want to reconsider investing in Detroit.
