Hi Kent, 

what can I say it seems to be coming apart at the seems on me. The owner and I could not agree on a settling price. I believe he may be a little too emotionally attached. He has gone the route of selling his property through owner financing For tax purposes) and at this moment is refusing to accept a cash offer. 

I probably bit off more than I can chew.. coming into this industry with limited resources and no guides. However I believe these failures will give me the education to be successful.

Hey everyone how are you? Well Im new to the wholesale game and I have my first deal lined up. Its a commercial property In Tampa. I would highly appreciate if someone can share a wholesale contract with me that they use in Florida. Its a turnkey property. Mobile home park 50 pads... is there a difference between a residential home and a large deal like this contract wise?
