I am looking for a real estate lawyer friendly to investors in the Tucson area. Also, If anybody knows of a CPA with the same qualities I would greatly appreciate a referral.

@Hakeem Valles, I am also new to the Tucson market. However, I can tell you that it is a seller's market. Don't rush, do your research and due diligence, and most importantly, don't be afraid to pull the trigger. Good luck to you. If you ever make it down to Tucson, let me know.
