I second the smoking/vaping reason. I manage STR here and I am continually shocked at the smoking activity in all the non smoking homes. :)

Hi.  I saw this was asked originally in 2015 but looking for more current recommendations for a CPA who is an investor or knowledgeable about investing.  Would like tax prep and planning.  Thank you for any suggestions.
