Hi @Bryan Templin. BRRRR is a buy and hold strategy that is an acronym for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. The Bigger Pockets podcast #177 that goes over the process.

Thanks @Joseph Gozlan! So when people BRRRR they are most likely first putting the loan in their name and then quit claiming it into the LLC? In your experience are there specific banks that are known for calling "due on sale" or is it random?

I've watched the BP webinar on the BRRRR method but I'm wondering how this works if you buy the property in your name with the goal of moving it into a holding LLC after the rehab. Will banks allow you to refinance out of your personal name and into a new LLC?
