Imposter Syndrome:  from Psychology Today

People who struggle with imposter syndrome believe that they are undeserving of their achievements and the high esteem in which they are, in fact, generally held. They feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others might think—and that soon enough, people will discover the truth about them. Those with imposter syndrome are often well accomplished; they may hold high office or have numerous academic degrees.

Thank you, Carolyn! I have mixed markets in which I'm investing. Small rural communities, one urban area, and another smaller town (pop 25k). I have a mix of conventional loans, DSCR, and some I did as cash purchases.

Hello BP Family!  My name is Anitra Warrior and I am a psychologist and fairly new investor who is based out of Nebraska.  I've had this membership for about a year and haven't really tapped into the full advantage or resource.  I just celebrated my 10 year anniversary for our clinics and after 1 year in the investing world, we are at 19 doors that include commercial, sfu, and mfu.  I look forward to connecting with more people from this community and hoping I can make contributions based on my own experience.  -Anitra
