Hi Friends,

My wife is looking for entry level job in real estate field. She worked in daycare  before quitting to take kare of kids at home and now ready to go back to working. She does not have any prior experience and got to know about real estate investing through me. Now she would like to learn the trade by working with experienced people/company. We live in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

We would really appreciate any suggestion or lead. TIA

I am seeking a home inspector who can conduct a post-rehab inspection on a property. It would be better if you had previously used him.  Market- Akron, OH

Quote from @Jorge Vazquez:

Hey Ankit, welcome to the investing world! Picking the right agent is key because, let’s be real, everyone sounds great until it’s time to deliver. After 20+ years in Tampa, I’ve seen that the best agents don’t just sell you a dream—they give you real numbers, honest comps, and realistic projections. RPM Sunshine City and New Western are both out there, but before jumping in, ask them if they invest in their own deals, if they have real investor success stories, and if they’re giving you actual data or just hype. Hope that helps—happy to chat if you ever wanna bounce ideas! — Jorge

Hi @Jorge Vazquez - I am connecting to Jay from your firm. Thank you for the reply.

Hi BP Members,

I shortlisted one RE property with $350K purchase price and with good long term tenant income ($4400 PM current). But the buyer is asking cash only deal. I can get $90K-100K from my side. What are the ways to secure remaining money for this deal. I am open to any suggestion.

FYI - This will be my first investment property.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Everyone,

I am a new investor planning to start investing. When we say doing the due diligence while choosing the REA, for new investor, it would be believing them whatever they say or promise even if you ask correct questions.

Having said that I was contacted by 2 RE companies, RPM Sunshine city and NewWestern Tampa and I would be more inclined towards RPM since they gave me detailed information regarding market.

Does anyone has any experience of buying with them?

Or if anyone can suggest any RE agent who is honest, experienced working with investors?

Thank you in advance.
