RUN RUN RUN.  This is the most evil and corrupt person I have ever known.  He abused his wife (my friend) For years.  He is manipulative and just plain evil.   He will steal from anyone he can.  He probably stole the place you are trying to buy.  He has never earned anything on his own just taken from other people.

STAY AWAY from him.  He now lives in Ephraim near the new credit union.

I am a newbie at buying and selling homes.  Any help would be appreciated,   I got some money from my grandmother and want to buy homes
