I'm interested in purchasing land. Does anyone know if BiggerPockets has RE agents who specialize in land purchasing? Also, if anyone has any experience in land purchasing I would appreciate any tips or websites on how to find the best deal or agent for the same.

I'm very interested in investing in Section 8. However, because of the prices in my state, I am forced to explore other states. Ohio caught my attention as one of the states where I could potentially invest. Are there any investors outside Ohio state who have experience investing in Section 8 in Ohio and are willing to share their experience?

My biggest concern is that tenants in the Seattle area become more and more squatters, taking over and ruining properties. Would Section 8 be a better option?

Hello,
I am interested in starting a Section 8 investment portfolio. As a result of the recent news about tenant problems, I am unsure what insurance to purchase or if it is even worth it starting at all. Would anyone with experience in this field care to share their thoughts?
I'm interested in farmland purchasing, but I have a hard time finding a real estate agent for the same. Any suggestions?

I live in WA, and it is hard to get 20% on properties I'm interested in. Currently, I own a home and I was wondering if there is any other solution, I could purchase an investment property, second home, or similar with 10%. I had people suggesting cash out or HELOC, but I really don't like to risk the peace of mind I have with the home I own with refinancing it again.
Any other suggestions?

I'm looking into my first investment property, and I would like to do BRRR with the same. Since I have a hard time finding a distressed property, I'm trying to get a property that I could at least rent. However, if I do - I'm not sure how long it will take to build equity so I could refinance. Any tips /advice appreciate
