Thank you Trexie, Jeremy, Lacee, Dominic and Joe for the warm welcome!  We really appreciate everybody's input!  In response to Jeremy's question, we are still in the process of deciding what niche would be the best fit for us!  We would love to get into flipping at some point, but are not sure that would be the best place to start considering our experience and knowledge is limited.  My husband plans to get his real estate license later this year.  Lacee and Joe, we have read about the ACRE and are planning to get involved -- unfortuntaly, we will not be able to make it this week because we will be traveling for vacation!  Look forward to meeting you all and thank you again for your valuable input!

Hello!  My husband and I are excited to see what BiggerPockets has to offer!  We have one rental property at this time, but are interested in learning more about real estate investment opportunities.  I am currently employed as a resident in anesthesiology at UPMC and he works full times in sales for Gartner!  Looking forward to see what the future has to bring!
