Hi Dmitriy- The IRA would be mine and I would invest a portion of my IRA through an LLC for an investment property. The other portion will be financed via a mortgage with mine and my partners individual LLC. Does that help clarify?

Any idea if you can use the self directed IRA as a percent equity in an investment and then have a different LLC get a loan to finance the property? Thanks!
