I am a Keller Williams agent for 2 months since getting my license and I’m already looking to leave. I interviewed another broker today (a local but known broker) to get rid of commission splits and cap payments. Keller has a 70/30 commission split until you pay them $18,000 and then you get 100%. The other broker offers 100% from day 1 plus offers shadow coaching and provides leads. And yet I’m still finding the decision difficult to make.
