Thanks for the clarification on whom the founder is. And to answer your question, yes, I did advise the

AAA Property Investments member that i wasn't interested in selling and that the rental property was not foreclosed or distressed.

Hi I'm a new member to the forum but not new to the Real Estate Business.  I'm an Australian retired property manager and administrator. My husband on the other hand owned and rented out 9 apartment buildings in St Louise Missouri so we are quite seasoned at this game.

My husband and I live in the Park Hills Missouri area and we own four rental homes in Missouri which we have brought outright (no Mortgage or financing) and are renting them. It's nice to be part of this community. But in saying this I also have to mention how appalled I am with one of the so called buyers organizations called AAA Property Investments a member by the name of Bobbijo who has been texting me for two days trying to purchase one of my rentals I have advertised on craigs list for a Mr William Klawitter who I am advised is the founder of Bigger Pockets.

Hi Bradford, You do know that because you're serving in the armed forces then you are eligible for a no down payment, no closing cost no anything VA loan.
