Hello Diane,

The "powers that be" allowed us an amazing 4th of July by giving us from Thurs to Tues off!  So I don't need to tell you how quickly we jetted out of there Wed evening.  Patty is out of town she had to pick up her daughter from college and she is actually headed down here and will be here on Tues.  There was a development on last week with another deal that caused issues with the others we had on table but that has since been remedied by Patty and Charles and she will go over all details with you on Tues to get your deal closed out.  Hope you have a wonderful holiday!  Ann
