Thanks for the replies @amydavidson and @josuagordon!! I didn't hear anything about my Sudent Loan rates going up, I guess I am just assuming they are fixed as they are govt backed loans, but who knows and hopefully I will be paying the off sooner then later. Quick question; how can I start a success story on here...maybe somewhere that I can record my progress on my start-finish on this venture. Any help, much appreciated!!

Whats up BP!!! My name is Anthony Graniero. My interest in REI came about a month ago after reading 'The Millionaire Real Estate Investor', I was immediately hooked. My initial thoughts were to get started in buy and hold as I have about 30k in capital to start. However, I ran into some road blocks with conventional financing due to stupid student loans :( . I looked into hard money and partnerships, but came up short once again. So I came to the conclusion I needed to build up some capital and stumbled upon wholesaling. I live in Tampa Fl, citrus park t&c ara, and plan on that being my starting target area. I'm starting my yellow leter campaign this weekend as I've already drove some of my target area identifying distressed properties and done my reseach via my local tax appraisers website. I plan to utilize BP for research and networking. Imlooking forward to meeting and networking with anyone interested and I welcome all advice given. Hope everyone has a great weekend, looking forward to staying active and keeping in touch on BP, this is such a great tool to have!!!
