Thank you, Nick, working on leads now...have  few...luckily we moved to a seaside community in NJ ravaged by Sandy (that came out wrong...I meant there was opportunity to rebuild the town, not good that people lost homes).  Much opportunity, thanks again

My credit score is 711-725.  No income.  no assets.  is a private lender the only way to go?  not a Vet. not willing to live in home.  want to buy, fix, sell
