I'm in Northampton county, familiar enough, but not to the degree of specific streets. I'm most concerned about tenant quality...I don't want to be concerned about crime, evictions, rent delinquency, etc.. Also, I think the condition would be well above average, the inside is largely newly renovated. The neighbors rent is 950 and is not nearly as nice.

I’d like to know what rent is normal im this area for a single family, 2 br 1 bath. Also, what are tenants in this part of town normally like... is this a C neighborhood?

Does anyone know about the Cedar Street area of Allentown between Tilgman and 6th Street. I was approached with an off market deal that seems favorable, but am concerned with crime/area tenants.
