We currently live separately and don't plan to marry for at least another 12 months (I think) . Once we are married the goal is to rent one of our homes. We would like to get started investing in multi-family properties sooner.

Hello Everyone!

My fiance' and I very new to multi-family investing. We both have purchased single family homes in the past separately but now want to build a business together while starting our new life together (I know... awwww!). As with most beginning investors, we have very little money to begin with. We are both employed, both have mortgages on our homes. What avenues should we look into to get started financially?
