Michael, thanks for pointing out that I never specified the market. I'm looking for an agent in my own backyard which is the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I would be willing to look at deals all over Texas but would prefer a local agent at least. As far as STR markets, I have already started that process in the areas I am interested in. Any recommendations on agents would be helpful and what I was originally requesting in my first post.

Well my plan is to stick to STR's and maybe one other asset class. I'm just saying I'm open to all viable options. Approximately $20MM

Hello, I am a STR investor looking for an agent that can help me with strategy and diversifying capital gains into a multitude of property ie. multi-family, storage facilities, RV/trailer parks, commercial retail & office, etc. So in short, I'm looking for an agent that has many contacts and resources.
