Got it, Thank you! I was just wondering because I called a listing agent about a potential property and when I asked for a showing he needed my proof of funds first so I was trying to get this situated so that I can really start investing!

Hello Everyone,

I have recently got into real estate investing and as expected all agents are requiring me to have Proof of Funds. I am using investors for my first deal as I don’t have the funds by myself so does the proof of funds have to show my name on it or can it be any account. I am going to have multiple investors so do I need all their bank statements or just someone’s to show I have the liquid cash available to close the deal?

Thank you so much for the help!

Hello everyone,

I am relatively new to real estate investing have been obsessing over BiggerPockets podcast for hours a day and just browsing properties.

Quick question. I am currently a BROKE 21 year old college kid so what would be better to start getting more cash buying a 2-4 unit with a partner that I might already have and collecting rent. Or buying a single family fix and flip property with a partner?

Thank you!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Anthony Cortese I am a Senior in college at USF but got introduced to real estate about a year ago. I got my real estate license back in March of this year but really got into the investing side of real estate a couple months ago and have been obsessed. I am looking for someone who will show me real estate investing inside and out (Single family, Multi-Family) such as walking property's, Refinancing, Loan requirement, and ways to put together my first deal. Im located about 25 minutes south of Tampa and looking at investing really anywhere in Florida to start. I'm willing to travel to Tampa or near by area if necessary to learn/help if needed. Not sure If this is the place for this post but i'm very interested in talking with like minded people and to see what I can expect. Also if you know of any networking events please let me know! Any advice or knowledge is appreciated, Thank You!
