@Michael Dumler I looked into and It something that I would love to try later down the line . However I bought my first ever house because I was living an an apartment and it made since to pay my own mortgage as opposed to some one else's I am currently working on getting expenses low enough to have capital on hand. As well as open up new doors to having some level of equity in the property until I can rent it out.

I am eager to start investing. I've been listening to the podcast for about 3 months now and I am looking forward to buying my first rental property. However I don't have any skin in the game but I am hungry to learn. I don't have much capital on hand but I would love to own several multi-family homes in the distant future. Thanks in advance for the help
