Hi everyone I'm looking to invest in the Houston area. My fiancé and I have done a lot of research and are looking to get the steps to close. Once we find a deal, what do we need to do in order to close and who needs to be involved at each step of the process? For example, you want a inspector, roofer, and foundation guy to come to the property during the inspection phase.
