@Bill Kenny thanks for input. I have been analyzing several properties and have see a few that look like thr numbers work for me. This will be my first investment so there is some of that analysis paralysis going on too.

@Benjamin Seibert thanks for the reply. Are you an agent or investor in that area? Just trying to find some local contacts as I begin my search for investment opportunities. I been analyzing some properties in Hagerstown and seems there may be some possibilities there, if rental markets are relatively stable.

@Claudio Meira how long have you had rentals in Berkeley Springs? I am assuming they have been cash flow positive for you...is there a good rental market in that market?
I am located in Winchester and have been analyzing several markets to possibly invest in. That was one of them.

Anyone familiar with the Brunswick Md market? I see a few properties that may be worth doing the BRRRR strategy. Just dont know how the rental market is.
