Hello all! 

I'm looking to rent out a property and the property has a pool. How would I ensure that it continues to get properly maintained? I can't force someone to use a specific service can I? If so would it be included in lease. Is it something that the tenant can pay for?

I'm Anthony Kenmore. I'm kind of new to Phoenix area. I have finally started my research and learning about investing in real estate.  I have recently bought my first house and I'm looking to get more.  My goal for real estate is to purchase 5 properties within the next 5 years.  I do not want to flip houses... as of right now and I'm more into building financial freedom as well as have money and places to stay when I'm older.  I'm really excited to be here and look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.
