Hey everybody, brand new member here aspiring to wholesale real estate in Fort Worth. I have been educating myself for quite some time now to a point where I'm comfortable starting. However I'm having trouble finding leads and where the best places and sources to find them at. If anyone could lend me some help I would greatly appreciate it.

Im wondering how I can find a list of probate leads, tax delinquent, fire damaged, and divorced leads here in Fort Worth.

Hi, everyone newbie here looking to wholesale here in Fort Worth Texas. I have a few questions regarding how to find leads going to the county courthouse.

1. Where exactly do I go in the court house to find all the information I need? I believe its the county clerk or deeds record but I'm just not sure.

2. Im looking to find pre-foreclosure, code violations, fire damaged, probate, code violation, bankruptcy, divorced, water shut-off, and backed on property taxes leads, are all those leads all found in the court house? If not how do I find each individual one of those?

3. Can somebody explain to me the procedure into finding each one of those individual leads?

Thankful for any help, I'm very interested into getting into this business I just need some help starting, as I'm very new and have no guidance. Any response is very appreciated.
