Yea a friend of mine just happen to mention the Poconos thing to me so I wanted to pick everyone’s brian a little.

I see your an investor from PA. I live in NJ and was possibly interested in the market in PA. Possibly Scranton or other areas. Possibly a small flip and i wanted to invest in some 2-4 unit multi families. What’s you take of that area and surrounding??

I was interested in a possible small fix and flip and 2-4 unit multi family homes. maybe 5 unit if the price is right.. I was looking into Scranton, PA . I saw a lot homes for cheap.. any advice?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience on buying a home near the Poconos in Pennsylvania and renting it out to Air BnB all year around.. is the cash flow good after hiring a property manger and cleaning services? Also you would have to furnish it..

@anthony angotti I will look into the Pittsburgh area. One area that I was looking at was Scranton,PA .. You have any insight on that market?
