Curious about this property. Says legal 3 flat in the listing. Zoning says its RS3 - isn't that only a SFH? So is the listing blatantly lying or what?

Also, is this a good deal? Price seems cheap for a 3 unit and it seems like it cash flows..not ideal location imo but not horrible..

@Brie Schmidt are you still able to share the information of this 3% no pmi 453k max 2 unit loan? i was looking at home possible (im in chicago) but would like to know more about this find you have as well

@Henry Lazerow so if you occupy for a year, are you then free to move out and make the multi unit a full rental property? or will that 'void' the homepossible loan? do you have to refinance if you choose to leave the property and no longer keep it as a primary residence? or as long as you stay 1 year, you are good to leave and nothing changes with the loan terms?
