3-7 days Due Diligence is what I make sure I include in all my investor’s contracts. I also do it on my investments as well. This is the biggest one that comes to mind. If there is anything you don’t want the seller to take off the property as well I would include it in the stipulations. Our company was under contract and after due diligence they removed all the shingles off the roof!! We did not continue with the deal and were able to walk away with our earnest money. Hope this helps.

I agree. Give it more time. It would be an issue if you are not getting any traffic. 22 showings is good. Stay on it for another week or so then consider a price reduction.
