Thank you what would you recommend when it comes to financing if I haven’t been at my job for two years?
Would it be possible? To get financing?

Hi,
I’m 20 years old and wanted to start investing as soon as I can. I’m new to everything when it comes to buying a property. I want to know step by step on how to find an investment property and how to get it under contract with subject to existing finance?
Could I go through a real estate agent?
Thank you I’m Advance

@Alex Olson
Smart. Thank you so much
Through the process what would be a good way to find an amazing deal? A real estate agent? Once I found an agent and found a property I would then get it under contract? Then when it comes to due diligence how do I go about that?
Thank for writing and helping out
