Thank you for your reply. I thought of doing some investment deals to get some additional funds which would enable me to move back to Atlanta faster where my real estate company and license is. I am in Wilson temporarily on a non-real estate assignment which is coming to an end in a year or two, so I figured I would start my research now. I did not think that was an unreasonable time frame. Also, since I am in NC and am licensed in GA, I cannot "go sell a house and grab some quick money".  I am not licensed to sell in NC - my home is GA - just exploring Avenues to have my funds ready so I can get back home when the time comes. I thought of investing because of my real estate background, because I love it, and because you don't need a license to do real estate investing like you need to do traditional real estate - I figured why reinvent the wheel  - I will stick with what I know.  I think you misunderstood my post, I did not mean to intimate that investing is easy as I know any kind of real estate can be frustrating as well as rewarding.  Thanks again for the information.

Thank you for this invaluable/priceless information. I truly appreciate it. This helps me to understand the market here in Wilson. It is vastly different from Atlanta. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. I am already working on it.

Dain Boelter. Thank you so much. I will definitely let you know when I find something.

Thank you Courtney Johnson.  I see you are in Goldsboro  - is that a good area to get wholesale deals?   Also, what areas in NC do you think would be good?

I live in Wilson, NC I would like to know the best, fastest, easiest route to take to get cash from investing in real estate so I can move back to the Atlanta area in GA and start investing there.  I am totally new to investing and need to know which way to go. Would like to move back to Atlanta this year, but need money to move of course. Checked out Marko Rubel's course but do not have the $900.00 . Any help, or advice would be appreciated. Thank you,

Antoinette Borges

PS. I hold a real estate broker's license in Georgia so I have some knowledge of traditional real estate but none in investing
