 I imagine your a seasoned investor. Is it a straight forward process, considering all things?

So my question is, is it possible to let’s say, have a realtor generate leads for me, I wholesale it to another investor, keeping the same realtor involved and everybody wins? New to this. In a perfect world that sounds easy but I’m not sure if this is right or if even possible.

So I have an opportunity to do some cold calling for another Investor. I am very new in real estate investing but I want to start wholesaling and making deals and I think this could be a great opportunity to learn a thing or two. I won't lie it's overwhelming sometimes with so much to learn but I feel like this could be a start. Anything helps, right???

My name is Antonio but if you prefer you can call me Tony, whichever is fine. I’m new to real estate and I’ve never been so sure of what I want I do for the rest of my life. When the RE bug hits you, it HITS you. I can’t stop thinking about this. I was told by someone that BP would change my life and scrolling through the forums, there is no doubt in my mind that they were right. The amount of support here is great! I’ve been in other groups and forums but this one takes the cake. It’s so active and there are many here who are passionate, hungry, and on fire for RE. I’m doing this for myself but I know I can’t do it by myself. I’m excited to be here with everyone!
