Thank you so much @Nick Cuttonaro. It means a lot for me for you to take your time to give me these advice, I will take all of them to heart. I have been fortunate enough to stay debt free from college, I joined the military as reservist so that has helped me pay for my college a lot. One more question, how do I get a hold of someone like a realtor, mortgage broker or an investor? I don't have anyone that I know who is in this industry. I really appreciate your help.  

I am a 19 year old college student. I started saving money since I was 17, I have managed to save up about 10k by now and I am really looking to do some real estate investment. To be honest I don't have much knowledge about real estate, I am still doing research and learning about it and I have been really interested in it so far. Any tips and advice would be really helpful. What should I be doing right now? What is the next step I should take? What rout would be the best for me at this age?
