I previously was on this platform years ago with the intent of the bird dogging aspect in real estate.
Now I'm back in the real estate world starting a new journey of mortgage note investing.
Outside of that I love traveling, I'm a foodie and enjoy time with my family and friends.

i am a bird dog and I have a lead on a 2family house in ansonia, ct. The asking price is 85k. It's not on the market. No taxes, no liens, no mortgage.
The second floor unit needs extensive work. So I'm looking for a person that does extensive rehab.
The 1st floor unit only needs light rehab

i am starting out bird dogging and have been finding alot of vacant houses and even finding addresses listed for the owners.
I've been sending letters out hut have been getting th em returned to me
does anyone have any suggestions on finding the owners after getting a letter returned???
