My bf Jim and I live in Clovis and our focus is mostly on mortgage note investing. There are a few previous forum posts about people in the area wanting to get together, but mostly we have been waiting for it to be safe again. Nobody is really leading the charge in getting a REIA going. But if you read through older posts you can find the others wanting to meet up for networking. Congrats on your flip project!

No I don't. We used someone out of Visalia and he wasn't very good. 

California state board will fine her for illegally running her business in her home.  She needs to have an establishment license, a separate entrance for her clients to enter (not her own front door) and there are a few other regulations that I can't think of. But she can lose her license and they will give her a monetary fine.  

You can maybe use that as leverage?

 There is a new clubhouse group on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm. Tuesday is the beginners group. You should join in. But yes, I love to talk about notes. lol  @Edward Corinealdi
