I'm 16 , learning all I can about REI. I have been saving up money for a down payment of a property. Definitely looking forward to buying my first property in a year or 2.

Hey everyone, April here. I’m 16 years old, an upcoming senior in High School. I started being interested in RE not that long ago. I’ve been spending a good amount of time reading, watching videos/shows/ webinars etc. on RE. I’m actually enjoying this learning process and I’m very interested in investing in Real Estate. I’m starting to get a good understanding on how it works. I know I don’t have the age to sign documents and all that but that isn’t stoping me from learning and getting a head start. I was actually planning on getting my RE license once I turn18 since I don’t have much money for a down payment of a property.

I’m still not quite sure what to do though, i’d appreciate if you guys would give me any advice on what to do or how to start my RE investing journey. Thanks!
