I am currently a district nurse with Solana Beach School District and a former Leading Chief Petty Officer for the Director of Nursing Services at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Ca. I have had more than three years of experience in upper management. I have expertise in all areas of healthcare management, well-versed in communicating complex concepts to patients while maintaining structure and organization in high-pressure situations. I am calm under pressure with superior time management and conflict resolution skills. I am focused on team coordination and leadership to provide exceptional patient and family support. With that being said, I have always dreamed about investing and owning real states. My wife and I are both invested in becoming serious investors in real estate. I believe with knowledge, passion, commitment, and hard work, anything is possible. Even though we are new to this business, we have the skills, desire, and long term goals of where we see ourselves five, ten, fifteen years down the road. We are excited, enthusiastic, and ready to start this journey.
