Hi Glen . I am looking to invest [and work] in Real Estate in Clearwater or surrounding area . I am looking to take over a property , fix while living onsite and flip . This will be my first project of this type in this area .

I am an architectural designer specializing in commercial, hospitality, multi-family, and residential architecture with 15+ years experience. My focus of late has been on single family home design and repositioning + re-branding of multi-family apartment communities around the greater Tampa, FL area.

I have always been interested in becoming involved in real estate, and I feel now is the right time.
