Martin Let's! :-) Just buzz me whenever you are here. There isn't a lot of BP members here yet that I know of, but we have a group of real estate investors that I meetup with every Saturdays  (http://www.meetup.com/Manila-Real-Estate-Investors...). I constantly speak of BiggerPockets to them, and hopefully they'll see this fountain of information and real estate wisdom that we have here.

@Dave Visayanot very much familiar with Metro Cebu. Why not start one? :) We could have some sort of "cross-over" when our groups get bigger.

@Michael S.Yeah, there were a couple of times I was absent, so maybe that was it. Hopefully we could meet in the near future.

Anyone happen to be in Metro Manila? My colleagues and I are currently starting a small discussion group every Saturday morning. The idea is to have some fun and relaxed conversation regarding real estate investing over a cup of coffee (and maybe, just maybe, had some deals or two).
