At the moment the only thing i’m Doing is checking online sites and see what homes are being sold by owner. Also I reach out to them via email or via phone. 

However I don’t feel that I am coming across leads that are very motivated to sell.

I’ve been having some trouble acquiring leads in my journey to wholesaling. What is a good way to acquire some leads in the Orange country and Los Angeles area?? 

I’ve been thinking about wholesaling in places other than the US. Has anyone ever wholesaled in other countries if so is it the same process? Or how can I find out if wholesaling is permitted in that country!

I am new to wholesaling and took a program on how to wholesale properties per Jaelin White. They provided us with a contract but we were advised to have a real estate attorney look it over to see if it is okay in our area. I am in the Orange County area and was looking to see who i can go to to have this contract revised to see if it is okay in my area before i start jumping into wholesaling properties??
