Thank you so much! I’ll take that into consideration. I figured it would probably count against then help!

My husband and I are currently renting, but want to eventually buy a house. As our savings increase we start talking about how we want to get in the the real estate market. Buying /selling .

Would buying a house, stagger our goal from buying out other houses/ investing/ selling/ making a profit. Or does this fall in the debt to income ratio as well.

Any suggestions on where to start? I’m sure there’s a loan out there where u can buy a house, fix it up and live it in for a year before selling. I forgot what that loan is called.
