Hi everyone,

I'm a real estate investor from New Jersey, and I'm looking into buying my first property in Kansas City. I've been studying the different neighborhoods, and I saw some interesting options in the Swope Park area, specifically in Foxtown East.

Foxtown East is considered a C neighborhood, but the cash flow seems pretty good for some of the properties. I'm wondering what people think about the area. Is it developing? Should I invest there? How easy will it be to rent and what kind of tenants will I get there?

Thanks!

Hello everyone!

I'm considering investments in Chattanooga and Manchester, TN. Both options have similar price, cash flow, and ROI.
I'm wondering which market is stronger and would be a better long term investment in term of appreciation potential and vacancy rates.

Thanks!

Ari.
