Sharing your story will be appreciated! As a beginner! What were you doing to maximize your success ? And how long did it take you to close on your first deal ?

@Carl Millsap

Thank you for your reply. Yes you right. I believe it is also better to change the message on the postcard to maximize the success. I will just follow it. Can you share your story ? What did you do to close on your deal when you were a beginner ? and how long did it take you ?

Hello , I’m back again with another question. I’m a newbie to real estate  wholesale. So far I’m sending out about 200 postcard every 20 days to same absentee owners. I feel somehow like  I’m doing enough. Would  y’all recommend to send out more than 200 in order to speed up the process ?

Are direct mails more effective than cold calling in the  real estate wholesale business industry? I have heard some saying that direct mails have the most rate success than cold calling. Is it true ? How accurate is it ?
