I’m currently searching for my first home to house hack in the Coachella valley and I’m wondering what type of loan should I get I’m a first time buyer but I want to invest in multi family. And what if I need to rehab the place do I apply for a separate loan or is there any alternatives?

Hey my name is mando I’m from Palm Springs, California I grew up here so it’s my backyard and I’m brand new to the real estate game I’m a young and ambitious real estate investor looking to start Im a sponge waiting to absorb as much information as possible right now I’m a student of the game willing to learn from any and all I’m tired of looking at deals (and finding some great ones) and not knowing the next step on how to pursue a course of action can anyone please help me??
