I'm looking to network with professionals and brokers who invest in ranches, farm land, and equestrian income properties with vested water rights. How are you finding the market right now, especially in the Southwest US? What kind of returns are your investors seeking? Do you view investment in auctioned/distressed ranches, farms and equestrian facilities as a good investment right now, given drought conditions in much of the US?
